FinalForms for the 2026 - 2027 school year is now available.

To get started in FinalForms for the 2026-27 school year, visit valpovikings.com and click on FinalForms in the upper right side of the page, or simply go to Finalforms.com
If you do not have access to a computer or Wi-Fi, contact the VHS Athletic office at 531-3080.

Student-athletes are prohibited from practicing, training, or competing until both the IHSAA Physical Evaluation Form and the VHS Physical Packet have been completed on the FinalForms website

and approved by the VHS Athletic Office.

Physicals must be completed on or after April 1, 2026 to be eligible for the 2026-2027 school year.
