Athletics

Valparaiso High School will be holding their annual Physical Night on Monday, April 22nd, from 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at VHS. This event is open to all, incoming and current, Valparaiso High School students for the 2024-2025 school year. 

Physical exams will be performed by doctors and physician assistants from Northwest Health and Lakeshore Bone and Joint Institute.  The cost will be $30 per physical.  Cash, credit card or checks, made payable to VHS Athletics, will be accepted.  Please enter through door #11 on the northwest side of VHS.  

We ask that you have all paperwork completed from the IHSAA Pre-Participation Physical Form completed before you arrive.
