Middle School Gymnastics Parent Meeting
An informational meeting for girls entering grades 6–8 at Ben Franklin or Thomas Jefferson Middle Schools will be held on Tuesday, August 5, at 6:00 PM in the VHS Fieldhouse.
Please enter through Door 11 at Valparaiso High School. We will begin promptly at 6:00 PM and anticipate finishing by 6:40 PM.

Undefeated! The Gymnastics team decisively won the Conference Championship, scoring a season high 107.5 to Crown Point's 104.7. Chesterton and Merrillville tied for third with 97.55, in a strong 9 team contest with 39 competitors in each event. The Vikes completed the season undefeated in both duals and the Championship meet.
The Vikes were awesome on Beam, placing 2nd, 3T, 3T and 8th, to come up with a great 27.6 score. They continued on to some great Floor routines, placing 1st, 4T, 7th and 8th, with a meet high score of 28.05. Vault was another highlight and Uneven Bars were consistent.
Team placements:
Kinley Moon - 1st on Floor and Vault, 2nd All Around and Beam, 7th on Uneven Bars.
Gianna Gonzalez - 2T on Uneven Bars, 3T on Beam, 4T Floor and 5th All Around
Ava Mulcahey - 3rd on Vault, 7th on Floor, 8th on Beam and All Around
Zoe Bishop - 3T on Beam, 6th All Around, 7th Vault, 8th Uneven Bars and Floor
